How do I change my mobile provider while keeping my number?

2. After you order your new plan. Your new service provider will cancel your current contract at the end of the contract term (including the cancellation period) and transfer your number by this date as part of the service at no additional cost.

3. Billing for your new plan will only begin once the new plan has been activated. Example: In 2 or 3 months. Therefore, you never pay for two plans at the same time.

4. You get all the benefits of current promotions when your new plan is activated. Example in 2 or 3 months you get 50% for 12 months.

5. Your new provider will inform you via SMS about the activation date of your new plan.

How do I change my internet provider?

It is very simple, the first thing you should do is to find the best internet provider for your address. This point is very important since the internet speed available at your address depends on the technology that is installed within your building. Therefore, we first ask you to enter your address so that we can display the best plans for you based on the internet availability at your address. Once you have found your ideal internet plan you can order it for the date after your cancellation period. In most contracts the period of notice is 60 days. To cancel your internet contract with your current internet provider we recommend you to send a letter via registered post to your provider's address.

Do I have to pay any additional cost?

When will I receive my voucher / cashback?

2-6 weeks after your activation, we will send you a link via e-mail with which you can upload your first invoice. Immediately afterwards you will receive your voucher from us by e-mail and within four weeks we will credit your cashback to your account.
