For any questions Quickline customer service is reachable by phone. Opening times are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 9 pm and on Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm. In addition you can use the contact form on the Quickline website or start a video chat with a customer service agent. Furthermore there is a FAQ sections which answers the most relevant questions.

In the online customer survey conducted by the Swiss Institute for Quality Testing (SIQT), Quickline received first place among Internet providers for the “customer service” area for the fourth time in a row.

After signing up for a Quickline subscription through alao, our customer services will take care of our questions. We offer you to cancel your existing contract, take your numer with you and ensure that your new contract starts on the desired date.

You can reach the alao customer service by chat, email and by phone. We are open from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 8 pm and on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 am to 5 pm.

Quickline Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your current contract with Quickline, you must do so in writing. Quickline only accepts cancellations that are made in writing and bear a signature.

Quickline subscription cancellation - this is how it works

The best way to send your Quickline cancellation is by e-mail to your local Quickline partner. It is sufficient to send an e-mail and attach the cancellation letter. The following points should be included in the letter so that your cancellation can be assigned as quickly as possible.

  • Your name and address
  • your customer number
  • the contract number
  • your mobile phone number
  • the services you wish to cancel.

Quickline cancellation period and minimum contract term

If you want to cancel your Quickline contract, you should keep an eye on the notice periods. As a rule, the cancellation period for Quickline is three months to the end of the month if it is a contract without a minimum contract period. 

If you have a contract with a minimum term, you must also take the contract term into account. The cancellation period of three months to the end of the month also applies in this case.

Cancelling your Quickline mobile phone subscription

If you want to cancel your mobile phone subscription with Quickline but want to keep your mobile phone number, you must take care of this in good time. There is a corresponding form for number porting. 

It is important that you first apply to port the number and then cancel the subscription. Otherwise you will not be able to take your existing number with you.

With Quickline Mobile M you get 5 GB data within Switzerland as well as unlimited calls. In addition you receive 1 GB roaming (EU, USA, Canada) per month. The minimum contract period is 24 month.

Quickline Mobile L

The Quickline Mobile L subscription guarantees you unlimited data and calls within Switzerland. It also includes 2 GB/data roaming per month within the EU, USA and Canada.. The contract period is 24 months.


Quickline Mobile XL


With the Quickline Mobile XL subscription, you benefit from unlimited data and calls in Switzerland. This subscription also includes 20 GB of data roaming per month within the EU, USA and Canada. Calls to the EU or the corresponding EU country and to Switzerland are also unlimited. The contract has a minimum term of 24 months.
